Golden Durian

Golden Durian is a subsidiary company of Next Tycoon International registered on 02 December 2022. It was established with a focus on agriculture, specifically the cultivation variety of durian known as "Musang King" on large scale farms as its primary business focus.

The company views huge business potential in durian plantation and is developing projects under the name "Golden Durian" in Pu Chey, Mondulkiri, Cambodia. Today, this location continues to be most conducive area for the cultivation of this variety of durians, in terms of soil compositions, topography and climatic conditions.

Golden Durian business strategy is to develop farm into a model for modern plantation, employing sustainable and technology-driven systems such as the deployment of smart farming systems, systematic irrigation, and live CCTV monitoring to monitor and grow the trees cost-efficiently. More create a nurturing and conducive environment for the trees to produce high-quality durian fruits consistently.

The company has plantation site planted trees in Pu Chey, Mondulkiri with a land size of 12 Hectare and continue securing suitable land ( > 5000 hectare) for further development. The planted trees are expected to be harvested in the year 2026/2027.

Throughout the years, Golden Durian has created a sustainable operational management team. It established Agro-Tech partnerships with leading research institutes to further the proepects of modern, sustrainable farming, Golden Durian has engagement with (SGS) to conduct research and development on soil, nutrients, sertilizers, planting techniques and materials to achieve optimum cultivation for the durian plantation.

As of 2023, Cambodia's economy is experiencing steady growth. It country has been one of the fastest-growing economies in Southeast Asia.

Cambodia depends on agriculture, Rice, Vegetable and Fruit. For fruit we saw many investor appointed to durian plantations that are known for producing high-quality fruit. These plantations are usually located in areas with plenty of rainfall and good soil conditions, which are ideal for the growth of durian trees.

In recent years, there has been a growing demand for Cambodian durian both domestically and internationally. This has led to increased investment in the durian industry in Cambodia, as we as efforts to improve the quality of the fruits produced with the highest price and quality.
